Pure Yoga was established by Amelia in 2012. Amelia teaches creative sequences and classic Hatha postures with in-depth instructions, structural alignment cues and yoga philosophy. You’ll be encouraged to hone in on your inner landscape to explore your physical and mental capabilities. Each session finishes with a blissful relaxation. You can expect an authentic and relaxed atmosphere that is open to everyone.
