Do I need to bring my own mat to the studio?
6mm eco-friendly mats and everything you need is provided at the studio, you just need to bring yourself and an open mind!

Is it easy to book a yoga session?
Yes it’s easy to book a session online. You will need to complete a few basic details when you first sign up, once it’s done it’s then super easy to book future classes.

What should I wear for a yoga class?
Wear something comfortable that you can move easily in, leggings/loose trousers and a t-shirt or vest top will be absolutely fine and we practice in bare feet.

I am new to yoga, which classes would be suitable for me?
We offer a Beginners Yoga class on Thursdays at 5pm. Other classes that are suitable for beginners are: Slow Flow on Tuesdays at 9:30am and on Sundays; Traditional Hatha 10am and Hatha Flow 11:30am.

The classes offer varying layers to the postures and encourage you to do as much or as little as feels ok for you as an individual. There’s no element of “keeping up” in the sessions and we welcome you to take a break/ease off if you need to.

It’s always worth letting the teacher know when you arrive that you’re a beginner, don’t worry you won’t be singled out, it’s just useful for the teacher to know.

Is there a cancellation policy?
There is a 24hr cancellation policy which applies to all classes. A full session fee will be charged for any missed or cancellations made less than 24hrs notice.

Do you have a changing room/toilets?
Yes we have a pop out changing screen that provides privacy in the studio. Toilets are located around the back of the studio.
